You know those days that if you don't literally hold on to yourself, you might go spinning off the face of the Earth? Yeah, that was me this weekend. Right now I'm feel as if I'm still trying to steady myself. Yesterday I had a good distraction with a visit from my mom and grandparents. I also took a break and went to Yoga. Have I told you how much I love Yoga (hehe)? I really needed some good energy. I ate GREAT today!!! However, this weekend I wasn't a very good girl, and I didn't really like myself because of it. So Yesterday I made sure I ate healthy. WOW, do I feel better.
I find it very interesting that I stepped on the scale yesterday morning and saw 188.8lbs, and this morning I saw 185.4. I know there isn't ACTUALLY a 3 lb weight loss, but it's the process of my body getting rid of all that crap from the weekend.
I've decided a few things. My official weigh-in day will be Thursdays, and I added a little something to the title of my blog. One of my motto's is to be centered. I always seem to be on one far end of the spectrum or the other, so I need to challenge myself to become centered.

Good for you for getting in a Yoga class, I miss attending mine :( I always felt so much better after getting my yoga on !!
