Week 1 - 5 complete sun salutations every morning when I wake up
Week 2 - Week 1's challenge +push ups.
Week 3 - + three things to be happy for, and a positive attitude. (NO YELLING!!!)
Week 4 - + Taking my vitamins every day
Week 5 - + Water Intake! 3 of my large jugs of water every day.
Week 6 - Refocus on all my goals above. I didn't do too with with the water intake.

Loose initial 10 lbs - TUESDAY MARCH 29TH
Loose 15 lbs - THRUSDAY MAY 12TH
Loose 20 lbs
Loose 25 lbs
Loose 30 lbs

Complete first 30 day challenge - TUESDAY MARCH 29TH
Complete second 30 day challenge - failed and left behind
Complete third 30 day challenge


Complete the 100 push up challenge - Started 4/12/11

We recently lost a baby, and this is what really motivated me to start focusing on myself.
