So my wonderful husband asked me after the challenge was over if I was going back to my "old ways". My answer was NO. I was so excited to have lost the weight. Well, even though I've been doing much better, I didn't keep the loss. I haven't gained it back yet, but with a few weekends around friends, I haven't been very good.
So, what's my decision to get back on track? LET'S DO IT AGAIN!!!!!
I am making a few changes to my Challenge, but the overall basis is going to be the same. So CHEERS to getting healthy!!!! again.
