Fitblogger Challenge Update

Well, last week my goal was to do 5 Sun Salutations every morning. How did I do? HA! Not so much! I think I did it three times in the morning, and caught up once in the afternoon. If I had to grade myself it would probably be A for idea. F for effort. It was very bad.

So this week I'm going to keep my goal of doing 5 sun salutations every DAY (not just in the morning). But I'm going to add one. My wonderful husband asked me to do the 100 push up challenge with him. so I'm going to add that too. Do push ups every day (what ever it says to do in the program).

I didn't do very well last week either, so I also kept that goal and added another one.

Hopefully we'll both met both goals this week.

Good luck on your challenges. I have had more than a few aborted attempts, myself, before finding a groove and making daily time for them. Doing 100 pushupswith your husband should be particularly fun of you're motivated by competitiveness :)

I'm not sure what sun salutations are - I'm guessing yoga by the picture on your blog? I know for sure I couldn't do the pushups. Ouch!! I don't have all my energy back from the transplant but even if I did, I'm STILL not sure about the push ups! LOL!! Have a great week!!

Good luck with those push ups! That is one of the hardest things for me to do. When I can do a whole push-up then I know I'll be doing good! LOL.
