So, I decided to do this little challenge set up by Fitblogger. I'm still a little shaky on the rules, but I thought this would be a great way to help with some little challenges. I know I have my main large goal, but I need to develop healthy habits along with the main purpose. Faith, (HI FAITH) a new follower on my blog listed her goal this week as taking her vitamins every day. I LOVE THAT!!! I may have to use it, but I don't want to be THAT much of a follower, so I'll use it another week. This week I've decided to do 5 complete sun salutations (or my understanding of them) once I wake up. Wouldn't that be an incredible way to get your blood flowing in the morning. It doesn't take long, and it'll be a great stretch. Since I just made this goal and missed this morning, I'll do them for today before going to bed.
I'm not feeling TOO great today. After the weekend with decorating for a wedding, and then spending time with friends, I've let myself run down and I have the crud. Not sick, just stuffy, and BLAH feeling. I decided to go out for a short jog to clear my head and soak in some of this great weather. Well, my sciatic has acted up really bad. I can hardly walk now. I had some lunch and took a pain pill. I'm relaxing and am still planning on my regular Monday Yoga class. Yoga will really help me stretch and relax, so I think it will be great.

Yea!!! I think it's great that you've joined the Fitblogger Challenge!!!
And I LOVE your goal for this week. I haven't done Yoga in a while and miss it. I'm doing Chi-Gong now since it's better for me aching left knee.
Sorry you're feeling bad and OUCH on the sciatic nerve! Hope you're better soon!
