100 (200) Mile Plan

As you know, I've pledged 200 miles in the next 90 days with the 100 Mile Fitness Challenge. Due to the holiday weekend, I'm starting off a little behind. That's ok though. I've determined that I  need to average 16 miles (including workout "mileage") a week. I know I can do this! That's actually quite a bit of exercising. Right now I'm thinking; "What was going through my mind." But seriously, this is going to be very good!!! I'm excited. I'm excited to see a bunch of people joining me on this challenge. YAY!!!

Well, I'm ending this with a HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY to all my USA blogging friends.

I did the challenge, if I remember correctly there have been two before this round. I decided to go for 100 this time and hope for more.
