Weigh Day!!

Let me first start off with the "New Yoga" class. It was actually supposed to start last week, but the weather wasn't cooperating. Yesterday was Yoga Under The Stars. Yeppers, we had Yoga class outside. LOVED IT! I didn't think that I'd love Yoga any more than I already do, but this really was great. A couple of weeks ago I over heard two people talking about it, and I remember hearing one saying something about how loud the motorcycles are when they drive by. Sure, there were a few, but I thought they were very relaxing. It made me smile just hearing them roar down the road. There is one thing that I learned though, I will not place my mat next to the music. Denise (the instructor) can't use a head set outside, and she's very quiet. Any background noise almost drowns her out, at least in my ears. I've got to find another time to go to a class. One hour a week is just NOT ENOUGH.

A friend of mine is attending an Antigravity Yoga class. It looks really fun!

So, today is also WEIGH DAY!!!
For the past few weeks I've basically maintained. With Life Interrupting, and a little vacation I've had very similar weeks of weighing in. My  weights have been (most recent 1st) 177.0, 177.2, 176.8,  177.4. WOW, so I didn't loose a pound in over a month. That's really not so good. That means I could be in the 160's or pretty stinking close if I had put in just that much more effort.

This week's scale says; 175.2. Almost two pounds down. PERFECT!!!! I'm definitely happy with this. I'm excited to be back into the swing of things and seeing that weight go down again.

Congrats of the weight loss!!!

I don't do much yoga, I used to, but now I do Chi-Gong and a little tai chi. But...I think I'd like anti-gravity yoga!

I'm finally seeing the scale go down again too. Slowly, but at least it's moving in the right direction again. I knew we could do it!!

Anti-gravity yoga? I would LOVE to try that but I think I would be terrified. :) Glad you enjoyed it outdoors!
