Oh Em Gee!!! Seriously!!! I needed Yoga last night! (Do you know how much I love Yoga?) I needed it more than I thought I did. What a wonderful stress reliever. Strengthening and Stretching was PERFECT! Oh, and Denise (my yoga instructor) really stretched out my legs. Just wonderful! Yoga is now down to once a week in the evenings, so I gotta find another time to go. Once a week is simply not enough for me.

So, I'm about the same. With this little thing called life, and all that's been going on, I'm actually very happy to see the same weight. I haven't been doing GREAT on my eating. I've been doing fine, but not great. So, after making my decisions on where I want to be, I'm expecting a good weight loss next week.
