Oh Em Gee!!! Seriously!!! I needed Yoga last night! (Do you know how much I love Yoga?) I needed it more than I thought I did. What a wonderful stress reliever. Strengthening and Stretching was PERFECT! Oh, and Denise (my yoga instructor) really stretched out my legs. Just wonderful! Yoga is now down to once a week in the evenings, so I gotta find another time to go. Once a week is simply not enough for me.
Today is also WEIGH DAY!!! WAHOO! The day where you can see the clear consequences to your eating and exercise decisions. Last week I was 177.2. This week I'm......

So, I'm about the same. With this little thing called life, and all that's been going on, I'm actually very happy to see the same weight. I haven't been doing GREAT on my eating. I've been doing fine, but not great. So, after making my decisions on where I want to be, I'm expecting a good weight loss next week.

I only feel pain from the scale when the number goes up.
I've wanted to try yoga, but I don't even know where to begin. My body is so stiff and just doesn't want to bend like that.

A loss is a loss, at least it wasn't a gain, right? I did yoga a few months ago, and it was hard stuff! I don't think I'm ready for it yet, but will definitely go back to it sometime.
