Yes, I'm posting this between my weddings. WOW, what a crazy busy weekend, but it's been fun, and I can't wait until it's over.
Before heading out on Friday to set up, I joined my 8 months pregnant neighbor in water aerobics. I opted NOT to wear the float belt because I wanted a really good workout. I'M IMPRESSED!!
It was an excellent core workout. I had to tread water the entire time, and adding in those simple moves really got my muscles energized. I REALLY loved it, and I'm shocked that I did.
This lady went with me to my first Yoga class even though she was pregnant, and wasn't too interested in it. But she did it with me, and to support me. So I decided that I could go with her and support her this time. I guess what I'm saying is that you need to try out everything, even if you don't think you'll be interested. You don't know what exercise you'll fall in love with.

I say the same thing. Just try it, cause you never know, you might end up loving it!!!
I joined aqua exercise class two weeks after I started swimming because all these older pudgy ladies took it and i figured it would be easy... never been so sore in y life and eventually strong :)
I wish I could find a good water aerobics class. The only ones I can find are geared toward older, older women and they are done in 3 feet of water. I would love to find one where I was expected to tread water for a whole hour while doing other exercises as well.
